Choosing a flat in Spain The apartment is uniquely located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a guarded area with its own park, tennis courts, a wonderful restaurant and three swimming pools. Leaving the flat you have over 17 kilometres of paved path extending along the water canal, a trail running along the Spanish green - an excellent place for daily hiking, cycling or inline skating or for your daily jogging. Just a 5-minute walk away is one of the many golf courses in the area. Two minutes away is a very cosy area where you can enjoy a great meal or a beer among the Europeans living in the area from Scandinavia, France, Germany or England.

In the vicinity, within 5-10 minutes by car, you have several excellent sandy beaches with very well organised catering facilities
