Welcome to our comfortable 75 m² flat, located on a closed, a unique estate in the quiet neighbourhood of Villa Martin in the village of La Zenia, about 70 km south of Alicante. The estate is characterised by beautiful semi-detached houses, inhabited in 90% by Europeans from different parts of the continent, creating a friendly and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The flat consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The biggest advantage, however, is 35 m² private roof terrace. It is the ideal place to take a sunbath, organise a barbecue or relax in complete discretion, with a beautiful view of the greenery. The flat, located on the first floor of an intimate cottage, guarantees 100% of intimacy and independence.
The estate where the flat is located is protected and offers many amenities. There are three swimming pools, two tennis courts (for a small fee) , a large green park and a restaurant serving delicious food. The peace and quiet of the estate provides a respite from the daily noise and car exhaust.
From the balcony and terrace you can admire the lush greenery, which is rare in Spain. Stepping outside the estate, you have a 70-plus kilometre paved trail along the waterway, perfect for walking, running, cycling, all surrounded by the wild Spanish countryside.

In the immediate vicinity there are several sandy beaches with white sand which is typical of this part Spain. The first one is only 5 min away by car. If you have trouble parking, another one with ample parking for cars is 10 min away. Both beaches with the possibility of renting beds , with free WC and with ample restaurant facilities. I particularly recommend the latter beach where there is a great restaurant Los Angles where they serve delicious fish. I encourage you to try this restaurant's speciality , fish baked entirely in salt, thanks to which the fish served retains an incredible tenderness.
Returning from this second beach on the way, it is worth stopping by the Consum centre, where there is a tiny bakery offering wonderful still warm sourdough bread and a variety of baked goods.
