Basic rental conditions Flat in La Zenia :​

  • The Tenant should be in possession of a valid identity card, passport or driving licence, the presentation of which (original) is required upon handover of the Apartment/Home​
  • The tenant should be at least 21 years old at the time of rental
  • The hirer bears full responsibility for damages incurred during the rental by all participants
  • If the Apartment/Home is rented by several people, their liability is joint and several.
  • At the time of rental, the following must be paid refundable deposit of €100. The deposit must be paid no later than on the day of renting, in the event of payment by bank transfer the funds must be credited to the Lessor's account before the Apartment/Home is released. The deposit shall be returned no later than within 7 days of the return of the keys and inspection of the flat by the administrator.
  • The total payment for the rental of the Apartment/Home must be paid on the day of booking
  • In the event of cancellation/withdrawal by the Hirer, the following fees will be charged.
  • more than 50 days before the start of the stay, 30% of the total rental cost
  • 49 to 25 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the total rental cost
  • 24 to 16 days before the start of the stay, 75% of the total rental cost
  • 15 to 8 days before the start of the stay, 90% of the total rental cost
  • Under 7 days prior to booking, 100% total rental cost

  • A maximum of 4 persons may reside in the Apartment/Home during the rental period. If more persons (max. 6) reside in the flat, the Landlord is obliged to immediately inform the Tenant, who is entitled to charge an additional fee for each day of stay of an additional person.
  • The prices in the price list are gross prices, the prices are valid for a maximum of 4 people, other guests can stay in the apartment/house for an extra charge of 10€/day per person.
  • Pets are welcome, but the Tenant should obtain written permission from the Landlord for the pet to stay in the Apartment/Home. Thus, the deposit increases to € 500.

        The hirer bears full responsibility for any damage incurred by the animal during the rental period

  • Check-in times: check-in after 3 p.m. / check-out by 11 a.m. Other check-in times only possible by prior arrangement.
